Will Khushi be able to find out Sheetal’s true intentions?

Khushi is worried about Sheetal’s friendly behaviour with Arnav. She strongly feels that though Sheetal and Arnav pretend to be just friends with each other, there is more to their relationship.

 Our source from Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? tells us, “Khushi seems extremely anxious these days. She is evidently not pleased with Sheetal’s presence around Arnav. Just recently at the football match Khushi was quite disturbed to see Arnav, Aarav and Sheetal bonding so well together. To add to her dilemma, Aarav told the Raizada family that Sheetal is going to reveal the name of his father at the café.”

A dejected Khushi, when contacted, said, “I don’t know what to do. I feel so lost. I seriously find Sheetal’s actions deceiving as if she is holding back a deep, dark secret. I wish to keep karvachauth fast for Aranavji. I really am praying to God that Sheetal does not create any unnecessary problems for me and Raizada family on such an auspicious occasion.”

Sheetal keeps a Karva Chauth fast which raises a number of questions

Star Plus's Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? is heading towards many new twists and turns in the show.

Viewers have so far seen that Khushi (Sanaya Irani) is very annoyed at the fact that Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Aarav (Vishesh Bansal) have so many similarities. She is trying her best to uncover the truth about who the child's father is.

On the other hand now Aarav also feels that he has had enough and asks his mother Sheetal (Madhura Naik) to tell him his father's name. In all the discussions Aarav's name is left out as Sheetal decides not to expose the father's name.

We have also heard that Sheetal will fast on Karva Chauth which again makes Khushi curious to find out who is the person she is fasting for. Our sources tell us that many twists will come into the forefront when Sheetal breaks her fast.

All our attempts to contact Barun Sobti for comment failed.

Huge tiff between Khushi and Arnav?

IMRC and Panglosean Entertainment’s Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon on Star Plus, is juggling between a father - son relationship wherein Sheetal (Madhura Naik), who has entered Arnav’s (Barun Sobti) life states that Aarav (Vishesh Bansal) is his son.

Our source informs us that both the ladies Khushi (Sanaya Irani) and Sheetal have observed Karva Chauth fast. While Khushi fasts for Arnav, but it is not known for whom Sheetal observes the ceremony.

However, Khushi will learn that Sheetal has observed fast for Arnav and Aarav is in fact… Arnav’s son. Sheetal will tell Khushi not to tell anything to Arnav about Aarav, but in spite of that, Khushi will go ahead and disclose the whole thing.

Arnav will deny that Aarav is his son after which there will be a huge tiff between Khushi and Arnav.

When we contacted Madhura Naik about the track, she said that people will have to wait and watch to learn for whom Sheetal is observing fast for.

Gupshup: Arnav and Khushi are such sweethearts!

Anjali and Khushi are quite close to each other. She believes that she has a support system in Khushi. After all, they have been together for the last last one and half years, and have almost become inseparable. Seems a case of conjoined twins! She just can’t hide anything from her. Yeh to hona hi tha. Such close friends will obviously have their equation brilliantly balanced, won’t they now? The things she likes the most about Khushi are the facts that she is very light-hearted and doesn’t believe in taking things too seriously in life, not even her fame. Anjali admires Khushi for her honesty. Now, the birdie was getting curious to know if there is even one thing that Anjali does not like about Khushi, this is what was her reply, ‘nothing, nothing and nothing.'

Since Anjali was in a good mood, the birdie thought it was time to quiz her about her dear brother Arnav. She is completely smitten by him and treats him like her younger brother even off-screen. So much so that her chhote Arnav calls her ‘aap’ off-screen too. Everyone on the sets seem to be envious of this bhai-behen ki jodi but are very fond of them too.

Anjali confirms that he is a great mastikhor when not shooting. He is a fabulous person and very special to her. There is nothing that she doesn’t like about Arnav. Some of the things she immensely appreciates him for are his honesty, simplicity and a great sense of humour that very few people know about. She believes that Arnav’s protective nature makes him very special. He is very caring towards her and his co-actors. Well, well, all this goody information left the birdie beaming for a long time!

Khushi shares five simple health care tips for diabetes

 Hello friends, as you all know I was dead scared when little Arnav fainted. After being checked by a doctor, we came to know he is a diabetic. Even Arnavji is suffering from diabetes and for a diabetic person it is very important to maintain a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. So here are a few simple tips that I learnt from Arnavji which can help you stay in check if you are a diabetic.

1) Follow a disciplined timetable: Eat your meals on time. Do not skip/miss meal as it could lead to weakness or health complications. Regular workouts help in keeping the sugar level in control while also contributing to your overall fitness.

2) If travelling, plan ahead: If you are travelling somewhere, pack extra medicines and insulin syringes. One never knows when one might need extra insulin. It is better to be carrying extra medicines and insulin than being sorry for later. Also, carry your doctor’s prescription of the medicines, syringes and lancets with yourself.

3) Keep a check on tests: Always make a chart or book to keep a check on when you took the last shot or had your tests done. It will help in keeping a check on your sugar level and also work as a record of your insulin shots, medicines and tests.

4) Always carry snacks: Usually work doesn’t allow much free time, so you may overlook your eating patterns and not eat between the meals. This may not always be good for health. So pack snacks that can be eaten whenever you get the time.

5) Consult a doctor for diarrhea and vomiting: Consult a doctor for diarrhea and vomiting medicines. A person is suffering from these illness tends to dehydrate and that’s why doctors prescribe glucose via medicines. But a diabetic person cannot be given glucose as it will increase the sugar level in their blood, which could be dangerous.

Simple tips to make a relationship meaningful and unique

Just to impress and make it up to Arnavji I wore western clothes for the first time. Though he was not impressed but he surely forgave my kiddish behaviour of being inattentive towards his thought of spending quality time with me. This incident has made me realize that one can make a relationship fulfilling, meaningful and exciting through some simple principles.

My relationship with Arnavji has been a roller coaster ride even since we got married. It was not an easy task to sit upright on the rough and quick twists and turns that came our way. And I am sure it’s not just us; every relationship at some point or the other has to go through emotions of excitement, horror and not the least stomach upsets. Thanks to my past experiences, let me assure you that it’s normal. So here are few tips, I have understood, to keep yourself happy and excited when in a relationship.

1) Unconditional love: Whenever you plan, do or buy something for your partner, do not expect something in return. Whatever you do for your partner, you do to make them happy. There's no point reminding them about what you did and they did not. It will just make those moments fade for your partner. Unconditional love is pure and that’s what keeps two people together for the rest of their lives.

2) Face every setback together: Arnavji and I have experienced many setbacks but we have successfully overcome them together. It’s really important to see through difficulty hand in hand. Re-bouncing despite the tough situations only makes a relationship stronger. When you look back it gives you the strength to face other problems in the future together.

3) Appreciate your partner: For instance, Arnavji wanted to spend quality time with me but due to my childlike behaviour, we ended up watching the movie with the entire family. So to make up to him, I wore western clothes and went in front of his clients. At first Arnavji was really upset but after seeing my efforts, he changed his mind. He appreciated my efforts and I just loved him for that. Being appreciative can sometimes make all the difference.

4) Communication: Last but not the least, it’s really important for a couple to communicate and not be fearful of conflicts. Some couples raise their voice while talking and some talk it out quietly. The key for effective communication is keeping your cool and understanding your better half’s point of view as much as you'd want them to understand yours.

Romance & Revelation in Arnav, Khushi’s first Karva Chouth

The married couple Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani) will celebrate their first Karva Chauth in the upcoming episode of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon (IPKKND) on Star Plus.

It seems like that the kid Aarav (Vishesh Bansal) and Sheetal’s (Madhura Naik) entry has disappeared romance from Arnav and Khushi’s lives.

Khushi who always used her tricks to tease Arnav is now busy to find the relationship between Arnav and Aarav.

Though, Arnav has cleared Khushi that he and Sheetal were just dating. But, Khushi’s mind is not ready to accept it.

Khushi wants to believe on Arnav but Aarav and his similarity turns her mind in wrong directions.

Khushi’s doubt gets stronger when Sheetal tells Arnav and Khushi that if Aarav’s father's name would be revealed then many lives will be destroyed.

The upcoming episode will bring some happy moments for Khushi. As this is the first Karva Chauth of Arnav and Khushi, Arnav will surely arrange some romantic surprise for his dear wife Khushi.

On the other hand, Khushi will be happy by knowing Sheetal do fasting on Karva Chauth for Aarav’s father.

Krushna lifts Barun Sobti; Abhaas could not recognize himself after applying makeup for Star Diwali event

While we all know that Krushna Abhishek is known for his brilliant talent of making everyone laugh with his hilarious acts, this comedian again showed that there is no one better than him. Recently during a performance at Star Diwali - Har Chehre Par Muskaan the actor picked up the chocolate boy of television industry Barun Sobti (Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon).

Krushna who was dressed up in a sizzling chaniya choli picked up Barun in one go without any retakes. “When I came to know that I had to lift Barun, I was very excited but the only thing that I was worried about how would I do that in the costume that I was wearing but when the time came it was like a cake walk. In fact… Barun weighed lesser than a girl.”

On the other hand…Abhaas Mehta, who is popularly known as Shyam from Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, was a little bit shocked when he saw himself post applying makeup for the special Diwali sequence shoot.

The talented actor who will be seen playing Narakasura in the event had a tough time recognizing himself. Reason? His elaborate costume. Abhaas had to wear heavy makeup and jewellery to make him look identical to the mythological character. This is not all, the costume was so elaborate that the actor had to wait for two hours till his act was not over to use the rest room.

“I generally don’t need so much makeup but it was the first time that I wore so much of it and that too in one go. Since the makeup was taking time I closed my eyes and had a small nap but when I woke up I couldn't recognize that it was me. In fact, when I came out of my vanity none of my friends and production house people knew that it was me walking. It is definitely a story I will keep to share with my friends. I really enjoyed playing this role”, laughed Abhaas.

The sequence will air from 5 to 9 November at 7.30 pm on Star Plus.
